Hi, this is my 1st post. I hope its in the correct place. I have some empathic abilities which allow me to feel what others feel but it can be confusing as it tends to change my own feelings. Also i can instantly understand why some 1 did what they did without knowing anything about them, like some1s walking down the street and stop and go back the way they came and i instantly know the reason for it. And i often dream things that later happen for real, rarely are they important but i woild like to understand and learn to control it.
Can any1 help me understand these abilities and help me learn controll of them??
