Hello I am new here. I was just had some questions regarding Evocation.
I will preface this by explaining the spirit I wish to contact. During the summer a couple friends and I used the Ouija to contact a spirit that I saw in my room. I usually ignore spirits so this was significant to me. He was sitting on the edge of my bed smiling. Anyway long story short speaking with him we found out that he was a lover of mine in the past life. Accourding to him, France of (if I remember correctly) 430 C.E./ 430 A.D. The planchette was just flying around the board which freaked me out because it was my first time using Ouija. But its better then it not working at all. I also did a Tarot reading of the past life. He was practically breathing down our necks haha. The read of the past life wasn't the most pleasent thing but you could tell it matched his brief description. Also realized he isn't a very powerfull spirit but not too new or weak.

Well I don't see those friends as much anymore and its hard to speak to him with others around. It's less personalized. I was wondering if there is a way I could contact him on a more personal level. I don't have a Ouija board of my own and Im a little frightened to use it alone. I was thinking Astral Projection. I Dabble but I figured I should ask someone with more expertise than I.

What are ways to look into past lives? And what ways are the most reliable?
