I can feel my energy and I use it in my spells and practices, but I either run out of energy or I simply can't focus enough to draw the rest out. Would anyone happen to have any good exercises for improving control over energy? I mean I know I could just meditate, but i want to be able to draw out my energy on a whim and keep it flowing steadily. Anyone have any good exercises that they use for this?
