Hey guys.

er Yeah. I'm not exactly articulate or good at this whole introduction without some ridiculous meme or questions. Pelt them. 1 2 3 go!

Actually, I found a lovely survey. Here you go.

Magickal paths you've studied/practice:
I haven't actually had any structured training. Most of it is with my mentors (not from this plane of reality), and those were "hey! I'm going to give you something to think about or do! " and I learn something.

My paradigm is closest to a sick lovechild of Daoism, Hinduism and what appears to be a growing connection to Shamanism.

Other paths of interest:

I would personally like to get good at PK. I would love to cook my own dinner while writing a paper, visa versae

Do you practice divination? If so, which form?:
Tarot and your prototypical precog/visions. I personally don't 'look into the future' (for the lack of a far, far, worse term) because I don't enjoy it. More or less, the last time I did that, I was essentially in gnosis, and I had visions. I don't enjoy having visions about really traumatic future events.

Do you have psychic talents?
Telepathy of the subconscious nature. I just tend to know stuff about things that I'm not supposed to know, and things about people that most people try to repress. Clearly energy work. Most of the stuff I do is a mix of what the psions call 'programming' and messing with the human boundaries of subjectivity and objectivity. That entails crowd control, suggestion, and more unpleasant things you could probably think of. Frankly, all things are fair game, depending on how focused and really how emotionally driven I am for the objective.

+===+

Favorite poet: Elizabeth Bishop, Sappho

Favorite musical artist or band: Imogen Heap, Paul Oakenfold, Vienna Teng, Priscilla Ahn, Cobra Starship, Bach. I don't know. Yeah. Lots. I tend to go for music that either 1. I relate to, or 2. drive me into gnosis

Favorite book/s: Beloved (Toni Morrison), Waiting for Godot (Beckett), The Stranger (Camus), Dorian Gray (Wilde), Gargoyle (Andrew Davidson), Shutter Island (only because the movie came out and I saw the book)

Favorite film/s: Amelie, Kill Bill, Matrix (One and Two), Coraline (No. I do not like most of Tim Burton, and frankly, I don't find sketchy claymations on a normal basis, beautiful or cute.)

Favorite quote: Err. Anything by Neitzeche or something that allows me to pretend to be intellectual.

Favorite television show: Alias. I don't care that its old. Its better than anything that will come out that involves beautiful women in interesting costumes on 9 O'clock television. And Dollhouse. JJ Abrams is a genius. I hate lost, though I've never watched it.

Do you have any hobbies?
Finishing High school. Wow; its a sick, cruel addiction I plan to wean off in time. Taking my head apart and putting it back together, I don't enjoy having to deal with

Anything else you wanna tell us?

I'm kind of critical of things. Yeah. I don't really enjoy the "The Aquarian Age has arrived, my neophytes, come, let us prepare our seven chakras for the tantric nirvana of the soul!" I don't quite appreciate the New Age movement. I admit that it has created incredibly powerful practioners, but that happens all over the world at different times at different places, so that's a non-unique trait.

Ha.
