QUOTE(sesshoumaru @ Apr 26 2006, 05:12 AM) Marduk has fifty names. Do the gods of other planets have a set of names also ? Will these be revealed by passing through their gates? You are right the seven planetary gods are known in many religions by many names. Nebo is Mercury, Hermes, Anubis Inanna is Ishtar, Venus, Aphrodite, Diana, Athena Demeter. Shammash is Apollo, Krishna Nergal is Mars, Ares. By following the attributes of the seven planetary gods and their astrological correlations their names in other religions should be discovered. I am not well versed in Vedic astrology but I think Vedic astrology should shed much light on this subject. Vedic astrology is Indian astrology. I am still a newbie to the Sumerian or western astrology system having only studied it a couple of years. Vedic astrology is a unique system which seems to come up with the same answers as the western system. Passing the gates is a process of self initiation in which mastery is gained over ones self as well as power over life in general. It is a process that transforms you into a better person. If you try to walk the gates only to gain power you will fall into darkness and be consumed. We walk the gates to not only better ourselves but to better the world around us.

On to the 16th name. Bear with me as it is going to take some time to cover all 50 and I will be going back and addind things I missed in the previous names.
The sixteenth Name is Agaku Ahg-ahk-oo His word of calling is Mashgarzanna Mahsh-gahr-zahn-nah
Enuma Elish
Tutu, fourthly, let the people magnify as (16) AGAKU, The lord of the holy charm, who revives the dead; Who had mercy on the vanquished gods, Who removed the voke imposed on the gods, his enemies, (And) who, to redeem them, created mankind; The merciful, in whose power it lies to grant life. May his words endure, not to be forgotten, In the mouth of the black-headed, whom his hands have created.
Rightly noted in the spellbook this spirit empowers seals amulets tailsmans magickal tools etc.
With this spirit I was able to extend the life of my grandfather who fell ill many times. Agaku can indeed give life to that which is already dead. I do not know the moral values of cheating fate by extending someones life who is clearly meant to pass on. However I found that I was not ready for my grandfather to pass and so I did not allow it. I believe this spirit can help the elderly hang on perhaps longer than they should. But what is the big rush to die anyways?

The seventeenth name is Tuku Too-koo, His word of calling is Mashshammashti Mahsh-shahm-mahsh-tee Note the sun god Shammash in the word of calling which complies to the solar symbol of the cross being used in the sigil. Enuma Elish Tutu, fifthly, is (I7) TUKU, whose holy spell their mouths shall murmur; Who with his holy charm has uprooted all the evil ones. In rare cases we may know that someone is attacking us but wish to not attack back out of pity. In that case use Tuku. Of course even if you decide to unleash hell on your antagonist still use Tuku. The Necronomicon gives some excellent spells to use to stop others magickal attacks as well. One of the beautiful things about these bindings is it works our antagonists own evil against them in a defensive manner so that we need not fear repercussion. Whether you are a witch and believe in the law of three. Or like me and believe that every scientific law is also a magickal one <magick being unexplainable science> So each faction has an equal and opposite reaction. E=mc2. Using the following spells from the Necronomicon we do not have to worry about the rifle kicking our shoulder as we fire the bullet. So to speak. One of the nice things about the Necronomicon is there really are no curses except in the forbidden Urilla text. There is of course the charm to cause sickness on pg 212 but as in the urilla the mad arab is merely showing us the rites of our enemies so that we can have protection against them by our knowledge of those things. pg 65 Conjuration of the Fire God. This is a awesome way to let Agni / Gibil take care of business for you. Pg 215 one of my favorites as it invokes my goddess Inanna. Who Art Thou witch that seekest me? Appropriate if you are not sure who your attacker is. Also if someone is working a wicked tounge against you or plotting against you a great spell to expose and humiliate them. pg 89 The binding of the evil sorcerers. In the introduction the sumerian version of this spell is given. Say it first in English and then in Sumerian. pg 90 Another Binding of the sorcerers. In the introduction the sumerian version of this spell is also given. Say it first in English and then in Sumerian. And when they really piss you off. pg 92 The conjuration of the mountains of Mashu. In the introduction the English version of this spell is given. Say it first in english and then in Sumerian. You can use any of these spells without summoning the watcher and they will be very powerful. However if you wish to work perfect sorcery of a much higher octane summon Bandar and burn the aga mass ssaratu as the text instructs you to. Last but not least The Conjuration Of The Water God in my How to summon Enki thread goes hand in hand with The Conjuration of The Fire God. If you want to attack by water and fire just conjure the water god first and not last so that he does not extinguish the flames of Gibil http://www.sacred-magick.org/index.php?act=ST&f=76&t=2305 This spirits seal is up on my wall right now as I seem to be engaging in a magickal battle. <Long story. Moral chose your friends and mates wisely.> I have found that using this spirit along with the 3rd spirit Marutukku works very well. Protection of body and soul if you will. Don't forget about this one. You will be needing it the next time you piss off a witch. Or worse if you divorce one! This post has been edited by smasher666: Apr 26 2006, 06:37 AM

The 19th name is Zisi Tzee-see Her word of calling is MashInanna Mash-Inanna. Notice the name of Inanna my Goddess in the word of calling. Enuma Elish (19) (ig) Zisi, Who silences the insurgent; -------------- his fathers."' Most of this is too badly damaged on the tablet to be made out. Note I said her and not his as the text gives. Thats because this spirit appears to me as female and not male. <Once again I have never actaully looked between a spirits legs to determine its sex so I a m judging by the energy.> (IMG: style_emoticons/default/head_hurts_kr.gif) Indeed this spirit can patch things up in your love life. Just be sure its worth patching up. I have used this spirit in the past to patch up an impossible relationship and it always worked. Looking into the past I would like to slap myself for not having just moved on like I should have. Almost a year to the day from splitting with her I still have a psycho stalker that will not leave me alone. These spirits really work. So just make sure you really want something before you ask for it. Sometimes once you get something you discover that you did not really want it. Anything that contains the Goddess Inannas name you can bet the bank is powerful in love. This post has been edited by smasher666: Apr 26 2006, 02:26 PM

The 21st name is Suhgurim, Sooh-goo-reem. His word of calling is Mashshadar Mahsh-shahdahr
This is the apparent little brother of Suhrim as in many ways they have shown themselves connected
Enuma Elish
(21) Shazu is, fourthly, SUHGURIM, who insures... a hearing, Creator of the gods, his fathers, Who roots out the enemies, destroys their progeny; Who frustrates their doings, leaving nothing of them. May his name be evoked and spoken in the land!
Turn your book ninety degrees to the left and look at the seal. Now it looks like the Grim Reapers sickle with a hand rising up from the grave.
Like his big brother Suhrim he kicks ass and takes names. Or perhaps takes names and kicks ass. When working with war like spirits such as these I like to give as much detail to the spirit as possible. Full name and address. Go get em! From my experiance I have not witnessed people dropping off like flies and dying. My enemies however I do not hear from for long periods of time which makes me think these spirits work up much grieve in thier lives. My cousin was having problems with a guy and he invoked Suhgurim. He envisioned bad things happening to the guy. The guy was knocked off the dock where he was working by a boom and injured. After recovering he got a new job doing masonry work. The scaffolding collapsed and he was seriously injured. This guy developed a sudden fear of my cousin who had promised to curse him. No more problems out of him after that. Perhaps telling someone that you are cursing them has a way of eating at the mind after unfortunate events are experianced.

The 26th name is. Enbilulugugal Eyn-beel-ool-oog-oog-ahl.
Enuma Elish.
(26) Enbilulu, thirdly, they shall praise as ENBILULU- -------------- GUGAL, The irrigator of the plantations of the gods; Lord of abundance, opulence, and of ample crops, Who provides wealth, enriches all dwellings, Who furnishes millet, causes barley to appear.
Lets note that the Spellbook does not mention <Providing wealth>. I detected this use before I first read the Enuma Elish.
It looks like an 8-rayed sun in a bowl of the earth. Perhaps it is a rising sun.
Anyone who has contacted or will contact any of the 50 names please tell us of your experiances.

The 27th name is Hegal Hey-gahl. His word of calling is Burdishu Boor-dee-shoo Enuma Elish. Enbilulu is (27) HFGAL, who heaps up abundance for the people's consumption;... Who causes rich rains over the wide earth, provides vegetation. To me this looks somewhat like one of the planetary spirit signs found in works of ceremonial magick. In my experiance very powerful for gaining the love of another or anything you might expect from the Goddess of love Inanna. Many minds are objectinable to love spells. I used this spirit and the 30th name Gil to help gain the love of my wife. Let me say that it is foolish to try and work love magick on someone that is obviously not interested in you. However before you go out on that first date there is nothing wrong with a little magick to make your self more attractive. Use with the love spell on pg 111. Not the one to recover potency. That one should be used in conjunction with viagra! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/banana.gif)
