Sleep Paralysis, Anyone get this? Options

Just been reading an srticle about sleep paralysis after an OBE or astral projection. Every outer body experience i've had I can say that i haven't had sleep paralysis and haven't had through an astral projection before either. But I have had this a lot after sleep, I find myself laying there in an awkward position and the blood is cut off. I've also had bad experiences with lucid dreams and sleep paralysis. Anyone else get this?¿

I have only had one experience in what some might call sleep paralysis. After a very intense dream, I opened my eyes and found myself unable to move. On the wall across from me it appeared as if a large spider was crawling around. This lasted for maybe five seconds until I blinked my eyes and was able to get out of bed. I will note however that during this time I was sick with a fever. This experience has never repeated itself, even after astral workings.

I never had astral projected yet but about 2 days ago after reading alot about OBE's i went to try it out anyways,i was verry sleepy but still awake.I would start breathing slowly and then i would stay rested without moving my body much,later i started to focuse on my body and the energy flowing through it, i would like feel these energy surges.I then stated to dose off and get lost in random thoughts and all of the sudden i felt like my mind switched,it felt stange, its lke my mind was in another frequencie range or something, and when that happened i started to feel energy better, so while i was using the rope technique by Robert Bruce,i was feeling the energy go up and around my body,then i focused on my spine and went all the way to my third eye chakra.I could feel it verry presured,it felt like it was queezing itself in, and i could feel pulses all around my body, then i was continuing with the rope technique and i started to get buzzing sensations and my eyes were non stop blinking verry verry fast.I then felt this weird lifting sensation from under my back but i was so excited that my heart was beating way to fast, making my breathing go with it and i just opened my eyes. But about those states, i was sleepy and still up so that probably helped me get into that strange state better.It was that weird mind state in which i know that i can actualy astral project when i get there.I recognize it all the time.Sometimes it feels like my body sinks and gets lighter and my mind is like dreaming already.Or like my body disaprears and i forget about it.

When your dreaming, your still around theta frequencie range, right?But when your in a deep sleep your around delta, when your body produces hgh.

What does dmt stand for?

Since I practice seeing the thoughts or feelings I have I think I can see what you mean. It's a very heavy feeling indeed.
Does anyone else practice this at all though, seeing feelings?
