The Dream Control Method...

Learn to realize you are having an out of body experience through dream control!

First you will want to study my dream control methods on my Dream Recall page! Then when you have become successful with that part of dream control , you will be ready for this part...

You need to advance your dream techniques to where you realize that you are dreaming so that you can control the dream. Once you realize that you are dreaming you will find that you can control where you want to go and what you want to do. Now I am talking about when you have a dream that is in full blown color. Those type of dreams usually mean that your are actually out of body. You see when people go to sleep at night their astral bodies leave and float around the astral planes in a dreamy state or gathering energy. Sometimes you may be learning things from other higher beings and eventually it is released in your conscious state later on when these beings think the time is right. You just have to become conscious of all this. Remember dreams that are in black and white are usually just plain dreams. They can be controlled too but you are going to get the best results with the ones in full color.
Here are your key pointers...

***Work with dreams that are in full blown color.

***You must learn to become conscious during the dream.

***Try to take control of the dream and go where you wish.

***When you have achieved control you will know you have had an OBE!

***Remember to keep a diary of every experience.

The Science of Total Recall of your Dreams...

Believe it or not you can learn to recall most all your Dreams. With these simple techniques you can start remembering dreams within the first or second night of practice. It's sort of like self hypnosis in a way. You are simply making suggestions to your mind before you are completely asleep. This state of mind is called the borderline sleep level. It is when your brain is most likely to absorb the suggestions.
They say that certain foods can cause bad dreams. Well I don't know if that's true but, I do know from personal experience that when I eat cheese or drink milk,  I seem to have more intense dreams. Not necessarily bad dreams. Then again, sometimes when you eat food before bedtime that gives you indigestion, it might seem that it is causing you to have dreams. This is do to the fact that the indigestion is keeping you slightly awake. You know that borderline sleep level I mentioned earlier, so you are slightly aware of these dreams. There is one other thing to consider. If you are having intense dreams and they are in color then more than likely you are having a OBE. Out-body-experience or otherwise known as Astral Projection. We are not going to get into that for right now. We will on another page. All right let's get going! There are 4 easy steps to this. That's it!

1. Preparing for Bed : Try to get the body as relaxed as you can. If  you have to stretch or even do Yoga all the better. You can even meditate to clear your mind, so that that you are more prepared for the next step. You don't have to eat or refrain from eating before bedtime. You may do as you like. Try experimenting with eating different foods before bedtime and see if you get any different results in the end. Make sure you have a pen and pad handy to write with next to the bed.

2. Programing : This is the most important part. When you get to that borderline sleep level (which is right before you are completely asleep) you must tell yourself over and over again that you will remember all your dreams and you will wake up after each dream and write down your experience. If you don't like having to repeat all that then try tape recording yourself saying these things. Make sure that you tape at least 10 - 15 min. worth. That should be sufficient.

3. Taking Notes : This is also very important. If you successfully wake up
after each dream, then you must write down everything you can remember in detail. Write down whether the dream was in color or black and white. This is why we will keep a pen and pad next the bed. Make sure not to put it in the bed with you. You don't want to end up stabbing yourself in your sleep. Then you must try to go right back to sleep. Keeping the pen and pad handy. Hopefully you will go right into another dream and repeat the process.

4. Reviewing the Night : Now it is time to review the night. You will be amazed at how many dreams you actually had that night! I usually find that I have 10 - 15 dreams a night and sometimes more. Everyone dreams and everyone dreams many times a night, they just don't know they do until they try something like this. Make special note of dreams that are in full-blown color, for you will want to reference them once you start studying Astral Projection.

Hi, I thought your post is very enlightening. I've never in my life had a dream in black and white, and always remember them in vivd detail.
Since I was young I would fall asleep and then "wake up" in the dream world (astral plane-yesod) .When I was still really young I always had nightmares, and when I would wake up and open my eyes I would still see the "monsters" ! but when I'd go to scream My voice was paralyzed, in fact my whole body would be paralyzed!! This went on for years untill much later in my spiritual development. The only thing that would break their grip would be when I could finally bring the name of Yeshua(jesus) to my lips, and when it came out of my vocal chords I was instantly released. This went on untill my late twentys . I even remember waking up paralyzed and rolling my eyes downward to see my body I could see whirling black spirits that were more like sepents wrapped around my legs torso and even throat.
I could move a little so I would start to nudge my girlfriends leg to try and get her to wake up to wake me up! And again only when Jesus came out of my mouth would they release me. Would this phenomena be known as a "night hag"? It wasn't untill after I got into C.M. Magik and did proper banishings and evoked protection form Angels and Archangels did these type of things cease! I have virtually no nightmares now and often am ministered to by Angels in my sleep.

What really turned a light on was what you said about Higher Spirits "planting "knowledgs and "answers" in your psyche and then releasing the info later. This must be when I have times that floods of high knowledge come pouring into my mind. Thanks
for another piece of the puzzle.
Can you shed any light on the "Night Hag" syndrome?

Thanks Lightning

interesting, i end up having a lot of conversations with people while im sleeping. this article solves a question ive had for a while...(that is) Where am i getting so much information? the things i come up with in sleep i never felt completely like they were my own. Certainly explains why humans all share, unconsiously, vast stores of knowledge...

anyway, i have a question...i hear music when im falling asleep...sometimes during and sometimes when i wake up...vast scores of music; what am i hearing? dont give me bull about how its all hallucinations; this music isnt possibly coming from my head; it varies too much in style. im eclectic but not THAT eclectic. what the heck am i hearing?

Well unless you have phantoms playing music just before you dose off it IS in your head. Your mind goes through different stages prior to sleep. First you get tired and ymaybe yawn. Then you feel relaxed and your body tells you to lay down Then you start to dose off and go through your sleep cycles where you dream and experience a variety of sensations from all your sense, most of which you won't remember in the morning. The thing is that just prior to actually losing consciousness you still retain a measure of alertness, a state of mind some might call the twilight zone.

Physiologically your mind is gearing itself towards sleep and to do this it has to shut down your ability to move - otherwise you would act out your dreams. Then your brain begins to send singles through all parts of itself stimulating the dream experience itself. It goes through five different stages to complete the dream cycle. The REM stage is where people experience the most vivid dreams and for a time it was thought people only dream during this period. But these days we now know its possible to dream at any point during sleep. Its just that few minutes where you are neither fully awake or asleep where you can experience dream like sensations. Music, voices, people calling your name, random sounds even visuals are normal.

WIth enough practice you can actually induce a lucid dream. It takes time to get ery good at and the first few times you succeed it will probably only last a few moments and you'll wake up. But basically just train yourself to recognize when you are falling asleep and rather than resist it try to flow with it while simotaneously focusing on the pre-dream content to retain consciousness. Now don't get all excited and think its just that easy. You are biologically hard wired to lose consciousness after a certain point. The catch is that genetics can be cercumvented through opperant conditioning and you can learn to control your dreams. TO condition yourself you basically prepare yourself throughout the day to fall asleep and have lucid dreams and you practice religiously.
