Intrusion, Strange experience Options

...some time ago while i was working on my chakras especialy the crown (i was atempting to balance all of them and do a bit of exploring) -i started to feel a good sensations trough crown chakra ....it was nice and i felt in control ...i felt so much and all was well until i saw this shadow moving quicly(more like some kind of pounce) seeping into me trough my crown chakra ...it hurt alot ..ALOT ..i tried to block but i only slowed it down -the pain grew and it felt like some of it was inside like a spike and the remaining part oozing around my head ....as i resisted the pain grew (i can resist alot of pain but this was too much) ...and eventualy i let go .....it entered me copletly .....imediatly i started my own cleansing rite and protection ...i even did some hurting to that thing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/butcher.gif)
(pain reduced but followed me until next day when all seemed fine)

-everything still seems fine and i dont feel any negative presence -except when i remember it all ......then i start to feel pain again (but its realy weak almost nothing in comparison)

-i m unsure exactly what it was (some kind of shadow i think but i know very litle about them) or perhaps something else ....

....so can someone help me classify it? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/help.gif)
....does anyone have similar experiences?

My advice would be to concentrate on the heart chakra instead of the crown. Once one has opened the heart chakra sufficiently then the fear, doubt etc that these shadows feed upon will no longer exist (or you will have much better control). The heart is the key.
