I used to be able to remember my dreams easily. but the last 2 weeks no memory remains of them. I do have to get up early for school, so perhaps I'm just to tired after i wake up.

Actually the last 2 or 3 weeks my daily ritual quality has been decreasing also. I just feel less spiritual and dry lately.

Any ideas? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/help.gif)

You may find the advice already given in the thread 'A really lucid dream' useful.

Well, it's natural to go through times when you don't feel like doing ritual and try and get out of them etc. Pushing through is basically the only thing you can do during those times, eventually they ease up, a test of will, I suppose you could say.

As for the not remembering dreams problem, when you wake up, don't move, just look into your mind and see if you can remember anything, moving causes the astral self to go properly back into the physical, so it's harder to remember. A mantra I've found useful for remembering dreams if they don't seem to come is RAOM GAOM, which you should chant internally, elongated of course.

Thank you! The last time I remember, I think it took about 30-90 seconds when I just wake up and move to start recalling, summarizing and "saving" the dream to my memory. Is this the same with you?

Most times i see an object or hear someone talking about something similar in my dream. once i have the general idea of what the dream was about i can easily remember it.

Today i dreamed something about a child, and in a song i was listening to, something about a child was sung and the whole dream came back.

Actually I'm better now. I think the returning full moon is lifting me up again. It seems i am influenced heavily by moon and sun cycles...
(I feel that shouldn't be the case and as a magician i should not be controlled by the cycles of the heavenly bodies, i should make use of their energies, but not be totaly dependent on them...)

More vitamin B maybe?

Take a look at this link for more on what helps http://dreams.virtuart.org/dreaming-faq-general.html

lol, funny that you say that.

I drank an energy drink yesterday (red bull) and besides caffeine it is also high on b vitamins.

Perhaps a b vitamin shortage was the problem. i normally take vitamin pills though, who knows, perhaps i should watch my diet more.

Greetings!
No, I don't think that someone else claimed it. This is the first time I've seen it. On a mundane level it is very nicely done. On the Astral level and on the Mental level it REEKS of activity! If you are its author then you should be able to fill me in on its mechanism and its power source......methinks it's looking back at me..... If you wish to not reveal its intricities publically, I will be glad to discuss it privately, or not...your choice. NOTE: This sigil is ACTIVE, unless you know its intent I suggest CAUTION in utilizing it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lightning.gif)

If you suggest I be private about this, if so then you can pm me a list of questions, i'm not sure what you need to know, ask and recieve.

I am not sure how you class this sigil as potent, you look at it and see... astral colours? or is it just the physical appearence that gives it a potent expression.

Well thankyou.

Try keeping a Dream Journal. Keep a diary sized book or notbook by your bed. Immediatly upon waking (even in the middle of the night) write down anything/everything you can recall. Eventually you should begin to recall more and more, until ultimately you will be able to recall the entire dream.

Enjoy.

I've always been a naturally lucid dreamer all my life, but recently what helps me remember my dreams better is(right after waking up and not moving, being "calm" ), i rewind through the dreams, from last dream to as far as i can go back(again, relaxed and eyes closed). Soon as you go as far back as you can with ease, try to analyze the dreams and then write them down. The thing is, after analyzing the dreams and rewinding in a calm state without moving, you will remember the dreams like a story. I promise it will work, just try it.

Hope i could help.
