Mother's Name, which techniques involve the use this info? Options

does anyone know which techniques involve the use of a subject's name + mother's name + date of birth?

Ok so a little bit of history:
In hebrew tradition, since the rule was set that is only jewish those from a jewish mother. So ok it is basically a way to make sure there is a genuin lineage between you and your genitor for evident reasons such as cheating, rape etc...

i only mentioned the mother's name becuase every muslim magician i have spoken to always asks for this. the people that did this had access to my peronsal belongings and 1 of them would also have access bodily fluids.

i am learnign about this stuff so i can understand how to protect myself and family and find a solution.

magic squares with numbers in them.
the arabic letters have a numerical values. so when you make squares with numbers in them they represents certain surahs ( chapters ) ayats ( verses ) in numerical value so its easy to write without making mistakes and you can carry the talisman anywhere. if you had just the surahs and ayats written normally you couldent take it to unclean places and you would have to have wadhu all the time.

you cant just write the numbers just by copieng someone elses the numbers have to go in a certain order otherwise it wont work.
