Need Help On Blocking Thought/mind Readers Options

Hello, recently I’ve found out my neighbors have been able to read what I sub-vocalize, visualize, and just random thoughts I don’t pick up. I can audibly hear them sharing my thoughts upstairs is how I found out by the way. I tried to create a filter for my thoughts by visualizing my mind being shrouded, but to no avail - they still could read my mind. I live in a place where there are many people who can read my thoughts and it drives me crazy how they’re willing to share my private information. In the library, at college…. everywhere. I’m pretty sure I’m not mentally ill or anything because they usually share or judge about what I think while I’m in their proximity. I’d like to know how to prevent psychics from reading my thoughts because my thoughts aren’t nice at all and I may unjustifiably get hurt by my neighbors because of these thoughts. Would appreciate any advice.

Additionally, they recently “warned” me by sending me a short sound of laughing girls because I was “going at them”. Therefore I’d like to know how I can defend myself against thought implantation as well.
