I dont remember where i exactly heard of them, but the Dragon Rouge (Ordo Draconis et Atri Adamantis) certainly fascinates me. Their magick system revolves around the principle underlined in the following magickal formula called G.O.T.A.

G= Goetic Kabbalah; the qliphothic spheres used as a path to apotheosis. This process is viewed as the symbolical crossing of the Abyss, called the tree of Daat (knowledge of good and evil). That tree as told by Kenneth Grant, is not a different tree from the Tree of Life, but the same tree at night.
Only initiaites of the Outer Branch begin to work with such powers.

O= Odinic Runology; representive of Odin's journey through the underworld. The principles of which can be found in Uthark - Nightside of The Runes.
T= Tantra; the Draconic tantra used within the order seems to go beyond the basic right-hand form. The tantra as used by the Order in their words "We are using a rare and dark system in which the kundalini reaches beyond Sahasrara. This does not lead to Samadhi but to Kaivalya where the adept becomes like a god"

A= Alchemy; i know very little of the Typhonian Alchemy practiced by the Dragon Rouge, except that the goal is to obtain an "elixer of eternal life" known as the Black Diamond.

The reason i posted was out of curiosity. You see, i believe that my True Will lies with the order, and i have since been studying to join them when i turn eighteen. What do other occultists view of the Order (though their teachings, imo, do not contradict Thelema's, cosidering the strong Typhonian presence with the order and their appreciation of the works of Grant, Crowley, and Spare)? Well, i appreciate any other comments, thoughts, or information on this group, whom i show utmost respect for.

The Dragon Rouge guys have a lot of exceptionally high profile memebers as well as having very unique material to be read. I also feel that this might be the place for me once I have more understanding and practice. I recommend reading there web sight and buffing up on there study material. Be very sure this is where you want to go. Also be prepared if your not excepted since its based in europe i don't think they have a american chapter open yet. Best of luck to you in getting in.

After reading the information on their website I've gathered that although they are mainly a European organization, you are free to practice their arts as a member in seclusion from the Lodges. I don't doubt that you would be asked to travel to a lodge at some point, however. I believe that you can write and send your money to them in confidence. I'll keep looking into it for you.

Noixifer..I am glad to hear you have Interest in the Dragon Rouge...I am a member of the order and i have to say out of all my years in the Occuly and LHP this is the most serious Order ive seen next to the aspects of the Temple Of Set and the Typhonian OTO.

They are not just based on a philosophy but a step by step Magickal sytem of Intiation.

They clearly out line there sytem of Magick and what there about unlike alot of other gruops out there[No offesnse to those other groups to each there own]

But you are makeing a wise decison on your Magickal path I think.

My best wishs and hope to see you active in the order.

and also so answer a qustion to one of the repleys, to members from the US there are some and growing so they will no reject you upon this basis..but unfornutly most of the lodges are based in europe but I hope to change this in time!

If you are interested in the Dragon Rouge but are unable to actually be near a temple, then you might like the Fraternitas Saturni. (The book "Fire and Ice:The Brotherhood of Saturn" by Stephen Flowers, covering the lodge's theory, dogma, and practice) as well as the G.'.B.'.G.'., which are both Thelemic orders in the darkside of the art.

"Fire and Ice" can be downloaded via this e-book torrent.
"The Order of the G.'.B.'.G.'." pdf can be found here
