Good Ap Book, Instructions on astral projection Options

I've been trying to astral project for a little while now using only one technique.
Finding a good book online that gives techniques and teaches you how to project seems to be very difficult- most books seem to be stories rather than instructions.
The only book I've read is Astral Projection by John Magnus and it's pretty good but I need to know more techniques and learn more about astral projection.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am in the process of reading the Treatise on Astral Projection by Robert Bruce, there is some very good info on techniques on astral projection that might be of use to you, including techniques that the author himself had invented.
