Hey folks. I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the heart mantra and the one chant that contains "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo" in it. If anyone could direct me, I would be very greatful. Thanks! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blablabla.gif)

I'm not sure wether your asking for information or a link to a sound clip.

Nam-Myōhō-Renge-Kyō is the main practice of the Nichiren school of Budhism
you could google that for a starter, and heart mantras vary from system to system (WMT, Hindhu, Buddhist etc)

Thanks. To be exact, I was looking for possibly an online version of the Nichiren Manuscript itself. Googling has yielded no goods. But thanks again, just for clarifying.

THe Heart Mantra is " Gate Gate Paragate, Parasam Gate, Bodhisvaha."

Google "Heart Sutra." It is particular to buddhism, not hinduism, although there is a mantra for the heart chakra - not quite the same thing.

The heart sutra mantra is more about the 'heart of the buddha' than the 'heart center' as in the chakra. Depends on what you're looking for and if the information you're seeking is the information related to the concept you have in mind.

peace
