So awhile ago I ordered this book and finished in a pretty fair amount of time. The first thing I notice is that it's a slim hardcover with a some nice artwork on the outside, it really does have a modern grimoirish feel to it. Inside we have an introduction to kind've let the reader gain insight into the worldview and also the place of the book in that view. The book then moves on to 13 different rituals, each ritual is first given with instructions that are fairly easy to understand and then there's a quick summarization of what one can expect from using the ritual. Also some suggestions for when to use the ritual and how one might benefit most. There's a fairly good gamut of ritual, the first 'Petitioning the Verbena Weird' which is something akin a daily affirmation to the divine, another 'The White Mommet' is the ritual to create a psychic copy of another person, basically a voodoo doll, also there's a few fascinating earth rituals, one in particular called by the author, Feast for the Convocation of the Meadow where it basically describes how to consecrate a stone cairn and use the cairn to gain what you wish, it also goes on to talk how if the cairn is born long enough then one can actually create/conjure a powerful earth elemental. The final part of the book is a treatise by the author on a number of different things. Here's kind've where the book slows down, Artisson's writing is fairly convoluted, but that's not the worst thing, the hardest part about is what I would call the fanatical devotion that comes across in his writing, for me there are two things that really kill readings, both scientific and artistic and that's when the writer is very complicated and dry, making it very difficult to properly read, the other is when the author allows to much passion to pass through from self to paper, because it really ends up making it look somewhat foolish and also makes it more difficult to really see some of the great pearls of wisdom within the words. However, I guess since it's basically a grimoire, it's prerequisite to have some ranting at the end of it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blablabla.gif)

All in all this is pretty good buy, I don't know if I would perform any of the rituals personally, since to me, it is a grimoire, something personal, or attuned to a certain group of practicioners, however in that much, it gave me plenty of inspiration in the construction of my rituals and rites and also gave some interesting insights into sacred space.
