excepts from a conversation this morning that will mean a whole lot to some and probably get a 'so waht' from everybody else

(i just put up mine cause i didn't have permission to use theirs and didn't want to piss them off by asking but you can get the drift)

(06:34:04) esoterica: i think you were right to say the physical and spiritual are one and the same and we experience both differently because we are trained to, and i think i was right to say that we don't converse with our subconscious directly, but hold it at bay and 'block' it from coming to close cause thats where our most basic drives and fears are (did we really conquer the animal or just cage it up out of sight)

(06:42:35) esoterica: everyone who has tried so far to link to the subconscious has either gone mad trying, failed miserably or succeeded slightly like we do with [deep meditation], but because they are working from the outside inwards

(06:44:14) esoterica: the proposal i received was to let the subconscious link with the conscious mind (and we have only the ancient greeks to thank that they are split in the first place!)

(06:46:44) esoterica: so now (deleted) is screaming to the ancestors - 'i demand to be connected to my unconscious mind!", and then we leave it up to them while holding the energy within as much as we can for them to use

i've done the excercise for connecting the subconscious to the conscious with the magickal method - wow - its working - the subconscious is a scary thing gibbering in the dark - hope i live through this!

one more quick note - like the hermes alchemy mixture where the pink goes from center, down, then up, then back again to center, this low section is amazing - is this the trip through the underworld?

I think you are having hot flushes, night sweats et al and a very tiresome menopause and I am afraid I don't know what you are talking about
