For the benefit of all the newbies on this forum, Like myself, and by variations, I mean:
Cryokinesis,Pyrokinesis,Telekinesis,AeroKinesis,Electrokinesis.
**NOTE!**
Keep in mind that It's all just Telekinesis, but manipulating the molecules and particles(Excluding EK.) that the element is made of, for example extinguishing and lighting a match flame by using Telekinesis to slow and stop the fire, and even gather the particles back together to ignite it again.
Psychokinesis (literally "mind-movement") or PK, also known as telekinesis[1] (literally "distant-movement") or TK, is defined according to the Online Medical Dictionary[2], published by the Department of Oncology, University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, as the following (used with permission): "the influence of mind upon matter, as the use of mental 'power' to move or distort an object." Psychokinesis may also be described by other names, such as remote influencing, distant influencing, remote mental influence, distant mental influence, or directed conscious intention. There's two types of Telekinesis, which are explained again here:
Microkinesis: is moving small stuff like atoms to make effects, like statically charging stuff by making atoms rub against each other or putting flames out my making the atoms slow down, hence the word small.
Macrokinesis: Macrokinesis is stuff you can see happening like the psiwheel moving, so basically visible.

Telekinesis:
What it is: Moving objects with your mind.
What it isn't: Some sort of X-men power gained through genetic mutation.
How to learn it: Practice it With a PsiWheel.

How to use it: With the kind of abilities people get there isnt many practical uses...however people who are good at it can actually unlock doors,etc.
How not to use it: um....by not doing it? (this means abusing it in some way.)
Advanced telekinesis techniques: No such thing. its all just moving stuff.
Troubleshooting: Alot of people while doing the psiwheel have noticed that it goes the oposite way from where they want it to. This is usually thought to be ones subconscious telling you that its not you moving the psi wheel

The next one we'd like some filling in on is Pyrokinesis, since it's probably the second most well known.
Pyrokinesis: Using telekinesis to manipulate fire molecules.
What it is: See Pyrokinesis
what it isn't: Blasting huge flames from your palms like a flamethrower.
how to learn it: Dancing Flame
Find a candle and sit beside it with your hand up or whatever. Clear your mind in whatever way you prefer and project energy at it (Maybe try the psiball method with one hand) and will it to move the way you want it to. I only use the hand as it helps me enforce my authority over an object (A habbit I picked up from High Magick)
Extinguish the Flame
Theres multiple ways to do this aswell. I prefer either just snuffing it out with energy of willing the particles to slow down so much that it extinguishes...maybe you could also starve the fire of air with some kind of construct.
Heating shiz up
Again it depends what kinda stuff you prefer. I prefer a sciencey type approach so I would try and will energy to whenerv and make it move quickly to make stuff heat u[. Some might use symbolism and visualize fire going to wherever and let their subconscious do the rest...but whatever ^^. *Thanks voltage for the how to learn it info!*
how to use it: Lighting candles, or other appropriate objects. Maybe heat something up.
how not to use it: Lighting things your not supposed to, like animals, or people, or property that isn't yours. (this is not a form of self defense....at least I don't think so O_o.)

What it is: Manipulating the Fields of electricity.
What it isn't: You wont be throwing lightning anf stuff because you would need some kind of circuit and stuff. *thanks voltage :3*
