Previously, in June of this year I posted a message in a different area of the forum.
It remained unanswered even to now.

I thought maybe I could get answers by posting it here.

Anyways, this one day, I went out in the backyard and picked 11 clovers in a matter of minutes.
I'm trying to find out, what the meaning of this could have been. From what I understand, finding
clovers with more than three leaves are supposed to be a sign of fortune.

Could somebody please give me some interpretations on this matter? I'm really still trying
to understand why. The odds of finding one alone are often so high that most people,
never even find one in their entire lives. So why did I find 11 in a matter of minutes?

I took a scan of the clovers right after I picked them. Here is the image:

My guess is that the first mutant clover was healthy, and had descendants, so that you have a population of mutant clovers there.

Down the hill from me there's a patch of wildflowers of a sort that usually have five petals, but in this group they mostly have six.

More than likely, that's the case. Plant genetics are a lot more plastic than animal ones, and sometimes a hell of a lot more interesting. Anyways, IIRC there's a company that breeds four-leaved clovers. You can order them and grow them in your house like lucky Chia pets...
