The only thing I could think of is Witchvox. Witchvox is probably the largest pagan site and it allows you to locate members within a country. http://www.witchvox.com/vn/hm/zaxx.html
However I only see one member in Gauteng and it is a woman. I do seem to recall that there is a decent sized pagan community in South Africa, but don't know much detail. There are likely other forums based in South Africa if you use google.
