I just leanig to use psi balls and was wondering if they can frezze what they hit.[size=2]

So I think if you can collect a large amount of water energy and project it into something you can freeze it.
But , it will take a lot of time to master this.

this may be stepping abit out of the standard psi-ball stuff, you'll have to deal with water and air elements to freeze via ice.... or you can program the psi-ball with thoughts of intense fear and paralysis to freeze are person or animal.... just a theory.
