 Healing?, Just a few questions

Hey, everybody, so I'm asking about energy healing. Now, before you go off on me like the last guy I just wanted to say that I did read through a lot of the other posts (I ran a search on healing) but still ran into trouble finding what I was looking for. I have a badly injured ankle and I'm in the middle of the tennis season - obviously this is an inconvenience to me and the entire team. I've been trying to heal it (focusing healing energy on the injury, etc.), but there's only so much I can do. I'm not trying to spell-beg, I just wanted to ask if you guys had any helpful tips (particularly one that could help me relieve the pain in a short amount of time) on this.

I presume you are already doing the Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation (RICE). Qi follows intent. Intent in this situation means you mentally focus on the afflicted area. Meditate on your ankle regularly for five or ten minutes at a time. Most people can't maintain meditation for more than five or ten minutes at a time. This will cause your energy/Qi to become concentrated in the area of your ankle. You may want to also visualize the swelling going down and the muscles, tendons and ligaments healing with a minimum of scar tissue. Do a range of motion exercise regularly within your level of comfort. Don't cause yourself pain, but you want the ankle to heal up without any restrictions in its ability to move freely. Take care of yourself otherwise. You can exercise, just work around the ankle. Exercise increases general blood circulation which aids in healing things more quickly.

what last guy? - ooh did i miss something? lol - i didn't see anything either way except me telling you to be careful doing occult experimentation so you don't f%*! us all, and if you think that's going off you ain't seen shit 'til you've pissed off a mage, and there are plenty here with tons more experience that even i have - i am easy going and don't mibd questions, and really don't care about anything unless you endanger me, but there are some that might take offense at your questions, so my advice would to be sweet and charming and not demanding

anyway, visualization should work fine, just see yourself playing tennis or whatever, in your mind, as clearly as mentally possible, and do that continuously, drawing pictures etc, to get it into your subconscious properly, then your subconscious will make the body to match the picture it got - just be sure its the right picture when you get it in there

Hey there. Im not sure if this will be helpfull since everyone works diffrently and its hard to express these things properly but ill try anyway to put in my two cents. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif)

From personaly expirience with injuries of that sort not much can help(at least other then improving the healing time and reducing the ongoing pain).

I would suggest removing energetic blocks that may intterupt the energy flow in the body and in turn disrupt its ability to heal properly, at maximum. Also i would suggest working your energy centers in the body(chakras and the other more major ones) so that you can get an energy boost to again speed up the healing process.

You could also create an energetic structure in the injured area that will concentrate your healing intentions for the area that is injured and implant it there. This will just suffice instead of you regularely doing the whole concentrating and directing energy there conciously every few days.

Another usefull trick if you are willing to try it, i found it to be very cool myself, is to scan for the nervous system in your energetic body and when you find those cluster of nerves that relate to the hurt area of your leg.. you block them off by covering them with a mass of energy that will remain. All this does is numb out the area. Its very nice. Cant gurantee you will not feel any pain there anymore but it might relieve some of the existing pain to a less annoying degree.

Lots of rest and the usual stuff(ointments\rest and trying not to put weight on the injured leg). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif)

More than a year late (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) , so natural factors should have cleared up the problem. For future reference, I've worked on joint injuries with great results; see http://www.quantumtouch.com for an energy healing system which I've found to give reliable, repeatable results. The system is simple enough to learn from their intro book (Quantum Touch: The Power to Heal) if you just follow the instructions and practice a bit.
