I dreamed that I was walking through a schoolyard. The schoolyard was being besieged by a gunman.

The gunman turns around and shoots me in the thigh (He was carrying what appeared to be a MAC-10.) I'm not injured, though. I pushed the bullets out through the entry wounds in my skin (No blood whatsoever.)

Thoughts? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused012.gif)

on second thought...the fact that it was your thigh could mean something...cuz when i get my shooting dreams, the place i get shot or which i am aimed at DOES point to type of stress that i am ignoring. WHERE i am also makes a difference.

thigh to me is part of the erogenous zone...so you could possibly consider it an attack on your sexuality or indicating frustration with your womanhood; to me, thighs also indicate motherhood and fertility. that and the combination of a school yard...well, does it point to your identity as a mother or fertility problems? after all, guns are rather phallic by nature.

i hope this helps (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Being shot or stabbed or attacked in general can mean that you feel you are being persecuted or that you are persecuting yourself. Since the shooter was male it suggests a conflict of interest between your dominate feminine side (as represented by yourself) and a lesser masculine part of yourself. Incidentally, there have been cases where a person drempt of being shot or stabbed in a specific spot after having been injured or even cases where they later found out they had cancer or a tumor or some other health problem related to that area. Although its very unlikely, if you haven't had a check up in awhile, you might want to get some blood work done just to be safe! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
