Salutations Options

I thought it best I introduce myself, here, before I take fool to a new level.

I HAVE read quite a bit, including from this forum, but I don't know where I fit in, as I'm still discovering what my talents may or not be. I tend to see auras, but it's not regular. I tend to "see" the greenish/yellowish hue of sickness(es), but it's manifestation is irregular. There have been moments in my past where I "see" undulating "suns" and "planets" in the sky..and I don't know how or what to interpret. I have talked with trees and animals. I have survived many a tumultuous time, defying - but touching, death.

I suppose I would like the opportunity to help people, and don't know how or where to start. The more I read, the more confused I become. How does one know "where" to go and hone any interest or talent if there should be such?

Ho hum. I have no clue where I should "start". I feel so lost.

So you see auras but are not able to do it on command and your other experiences sound shamanic-like. If you wish to develop these abilities it is best to do regular meditation and perhaps find a teacher or at least read and do research. If you do yogic type meditation regularly you will strengthen your prana or chi/qi and become more sensitive to the human energy field. There are also exercises specifically for helping people to see auras. Mostly I would suggest looking over the person's shoulder rather than directly at them and to unfocus your eyes slightly, that is to relax the eyes and use a 'soft focus'.
