Okay, well I recently got the book Modern Magick: Eleven Lessons in the High Magickal Arts by Donald Michael Kraig. Very recently, since I picked it up last night. It tells me to keep a journal of dreams and once the book gets to rituals, those. Last night I hit the jackpot with dreams, usually I don't have any.. but I woke up 4 times with more to add. Before that however, I meditated for a good hour or so. What was really wierd, was how it was so easy to clear my mind. Before I actually got into Magick and its practice I was horrible. There was never a time I could keep my head clear.

Last night, I could dismiss thoughts like i've been doing it forever. While meditating I would get so into it. Then came the time I'd unconciously stop breathing and a flash would appear and startle me. The first time I figured I was just doing something wrong, but then 20 minutes later it happened again. It scared me at first, then just started to tick me off. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rant.gif) In the past, I've had similar things happen, but that flash was more of a sinister face and I would wake up gasping. Could there be someone/thing around me disrupting me?
