Physical Manifestations, Utilizing Will Options

Lets say this is a given: someone I know is able to manifest small, organic, of-this-world, creatures when things get dire, or out of hand, or even excited (sometimes during hard concentration).

This person is interested in being able to control this manifestation through will, they have tried a sigil with no luck, and have memorized the creature's name in Latin, reciting that seems to narrow down the species when it happens but still has trouble doing it when they want it to. I don't expect a bunch of people to give useful information, or even believe me but my friend insisted I asked through here because I don't know any more advice I can give them. This person wants me to ask this question on my computer to keep things anonymous.

The key to this lies in the state of mind your friend is experiencing during the manifestations. It is a creative act. Sometimes we can 'work' ourselves up to this state but I think you'll find that the act comes from the 'creative flow' This act of creation has its trigger buried in the individuals psyche and will become easier when they learn to reproduce that trigger. Most often the creative flow cannot be summoned like an obedient pet but rather by aligning the emotions, desires, etc (components of the trigger) and letting the creative energies 'flow'. I cannot articulate this any better. As a materializing medium this control has eluded me save for extremely crude results (I have no idea what form will be manifested...though it usually can be (in)directly influenced by the situation(s) at hand). My blood sugar plummets afterwards as well. Make sure to have some hard candy available at all timres (lifesavers,butterscotch, etc.) Good luck...and you are correct to be quiet about this unless you like carny's or laboratories!

Using the Latin name is the same as 'naming' the object/thing...much literature has been written concerning this. It is a piece of the creative process and is very powerful.

would you consider the creative flow something like art, or would you consider such a thing to be an act of dire emotion? They are also known to manifest these things where their attention is directed, say they're thinking of someone a lot the manifestations will 'appear' in the near vicinity, sometimes even directly on the person. The variety of species ranges from very common to dry-arid region, rare in Northwest and shouldn't be in my car or just appear on my person. I'll be sure to try and explain and I'm sure the candy thing will work wonders, I think they really crave bananas after a large one I think it might also have to do with electrolytes.

Edit: forgot to mention, they say the summoning sometimes feels like a tingling sensation in the brain, also (the creature) running up the spine from the base of the spine to the mid back; but also says the feeling depends on the type (or amount) of summoning.

Dire emotion can certainly be a part of the creative process but not a dependent one...ie I paint some rather inspired artwork when motivated by emotion but my artistic creativity doesn't always involve emotion. Do you see?

An anecdotal tale is in order. I know a rather lovely woman friend who is multi-gifted on a number of levels. Currently she packs a 9mm handgun and runs down illegal aliens and dope smugglers in Miami. She has learned that she also has some fairly strong psionic abilities that tend to flow from a very natural aptitude in shamanism. She never claims to be a shaman as she is a police officer and not tending to the less material needs of her community (OK, we can have that discussion elsewhere...?) When she finds the need to center herself in order to pick up on various 'vibes' the local area becomes infested with flying insects...usually bees or wasps. It is freaky. Now I'm not saying that she is actively manifesting these guys or merely calling them...I leave that explanation to those who wish to discuss it. At her home you will always find either honey bees or dragonflies, at any time of the year! Things that make you go hmmmmm.

By what you've relayed in your post, I'd say that you/they have got a good handle on some of the trigger mechanism I alluded to in my post. Again...standard operating procedure...write this stuff down! Time of day, nature of manifestation, feelings/emotions felt, recent food or sleep cycles, thoughts, overall health, etc. As close to scientific notation that you care to observe as soon as you have the opportunity to do so! This will help you to see patterns that you might overlook upon reminicsing(sp?) the occurence.
