Well if you could add more details it'd be nice. Are there any other symptoms and has your problem gotten better or worse since you first posted? If you're not feeling any physical pain (esp chest/stomach pain) you're probably not in any real danger. But you might want to see a doctor anyways.
It sounds to me like you may have a general anxiety disorder. It might not even be stressed related (thats what I thought about myself) its just for whatever reason the mind has a chemical imbalance.
Now I'm no doctor, of course, and you should certainly see one if these sympotoms continue or worsen. But what you just described sounds like what I told my doctor. Especially about the chilled feeling in the head followed by "negative" thoughts.
If this problem persists see a doctor. There are also natural remedies that can aid in dealing with chemical imbalances, you wouldn't need to take any perscription meds and probably only take the medicine as needed. Your doctor might even know of some natural stuff you can try. Beyond that al I can suggest is try some relaxation techniques.
Imblanced chakras are not the cause of your symtoms. Something, either a chemical imbalance, stress, drugs, life style is creating the imbalance. So working with your chakras will help and can certain releive the symptoms until you can pin point the cause you'll continue to feel the discomfort. Other things you can try is change your diet and excersice. If you drink lots of caffine drinks tapper off that, same with sugars. Consider how much sodium you eat a day and certain make sure you're getting enough physical activity. Making these changes as needed may actually be enough to treat the problem. But see a doctor if you continue to have problems. If your heart is beating erractically, either fast or slow, you should see a doctor asap. Again chances are its just a temporary anxiety imbalance (but don't take my word for it) if your heart is acting funny you should get it checked out. Also should other symptom arise, again a doctor is who you should see.
But if what you're experiencing is not something you feel is a major problem try to change certain things in your regular life and see if that helps. Again work with your chakras if you choose but the imbalance in them is not the problem, something is causing them to be imbalanced and that is causing the symptoms. If you fix the cause your chakras should balance themselves. Remember controling your breathing is key to relaxing and channeling energy through your chakras.
