I don't really focus on my chakras when meditating, but my crown and third eye chakra always seem to become triggered.

I don't purposefully open these chakras, so should I work on closing them afterwards?

I will be looking up literature on chakras and meditating in order to try and give my other chakras some attention. If you have any book/website recommendations feel free to send them my way.

You dont have to open or close any chakras when meditating.
You should meditate often, while you live your life.
Medtate in your life.
Every second is a decision.
When you are "Zen" your spirit will help you make the decision
It is your conscince and he is your spirit. You meditate to contact him/her/it.
EVERY MOMENT

Meditate to come into stillness.
You are stillness
Einstein went to the stillness
Tesla did too
It is where you awaken your own genius, which you are
You meditate to reach the stillness
you are the stillness
it is what you are made of
EVERY MOMENT

Let me behuman let me have typos i love them
