What's the difference between a leprechaun's pot of gold and modern gold coins? In my language gold is also the same word as fire, warmth, chi. If so, a leprechaun's gold coins is a manifestation of energy.

Fascinating. What is your native language? Have you looked into the etymology of these words to find philosophical connections? What kind of alphabet or writing system does your language employ? Are the same symbols used, or different ones?

The difference between leprechaun's pot of gold and modern gold coins is, historically, that a leprechaun's gold comes in a pot. And are supposedly enchanted by the leprechaun in some way. Are the terms used differently in your language?
