QUOTE
A mudrā (English: /muːˈdrɑː/ ( listen); Sanskrit: मुद्रा "seal", "mark", or "gesture") is a symbolic or ritual gesture in Hinduism and Buddhism.[1] While some mudrās involve the entire body, most are performed with the hands and fingers. A mudrā is a spiritual gesture and an energetic seal of authenticity employed in the iconography and spiritual practice of Indian religions and traditions of Dharma and Taoism.

One hundred and eight mudras are used in regular Tantric rituals.

(ahem)

A very special mudra can be very useful for you magick workers to know (and/or to teach to someone) when practicing Tantra:

This mudra is adopted by folding in the left thumb to the center of the left palm -
Then closing the fingers of the left hand over the left thumb -
And steadily squeezing the left thumb inside the fist.

The result of this mudra is a significant (if not near complete) reduction of the "gag reflex" for the duration it is applied...

You're welcome.
