 I Cant Send Personal Messages

I attemted to send a private message on these forums but i got an error returned with blank underneath it not showing me what the error was. Can you help me out? My name on the forum is 'Hybrid Theory' as you can see.

PM has been abused by new members looking to spam or free advices therefore we simply apply a rule and activate PM only after new members has at least 3 quality posts.

Ah, that is why I can't send PMS either^.^
Thank you Kinjo for explaining this now I don't have to keep clicking the PM linkx, Also I like this idea, spammers are everywhere and this is a good way to keep them away:3
