Have to share my thoughts about this book with you. It's wonderful. Teaches meditation simply from the basics to more complicated and deeper work, pathworking, a little yoga, Tree of Life, Colour Therapies, visualisations, affirmations to mention but a few things.

A definate recommendation from me for anyone wanting to begin meditation and understanding energy work.

Adding my two thumbs up for this book.

I had not been meditating long when Anu recommended this book to me. I had felt I was at a plateau I was unsure how to move on from. Roland's book not only helped me to move forward, but it also helped me to figure out what my intent in meditation was; what my 'forward' was.

With so many meditation techniques to choose from it can be a daunting task deciding where to start or even look for information. Roland's book gives solid information on several techniques and helped me to build a solid foundation.
