Howdy,

anyone read this one yet? Is it any good?

(I have generally been disappointed with tysons work regarding the mythos, on the other hand everything from starfire I have encountered has been pretty good, and the plot description sounds interesting)

Howdy

Bear in mind that I have little experience with this text beyond reading it. For certain reasons I have not wanted to work with the stuff in it presently, but it appears to be more than a good and dark occult novel.

It does contain a grimoire with sort of a gnostic world view and a couple of potent sigils which are on a whole different level than the ones found in his necronomicon (which is basically a waste of paper - I find it difficult to understand that the same man wrote both)

I found the book a good read. It is broken into 3 sections. The first part is an "Inspired" Grimore that he says was given to him by outside forces. The second part is a novel/fiction about a fellow who follows the Grimore (Basically you read his diary) The following section is one that goes into some detail about the history surrounding Lilith. I would recommend this book for nothing more than it provides a good example of what happens over time during a ritual of this nature. Some of the specific details provided in the piece of fiction are pretty close to the mark.
