hey sorry for the non reply been reeeely busy as of late,
but the way to counteract it is to " do it manually if you're capable, just start at the crown and work your way down rebalancing and repairing each center as you go. Various aura ailments will fix themselves as you fix the primary and secondary centers (the primary at the major 7 chakras, the secondary are located on your joints). "
how would you continue with this auric/ chakra healing ? because from my own practice that i've done i would usually have to stop due to some blockages that i wasn't able to get past. i haven't tried it in a while but i was told not to force the energy let it open or flow through on its own.
When that happens, just ask yourself "why is this blockage here?" Determine that you will not move from the spot until you know why. The answer will arise in your thoughts in short order. Start thinking about the spot - times you injured it, etc. That helps considerably. Every blockage can be resolved. It also helps to know what body the blockage is in, but that's again a matter of your own development.
The other things I mentioned will also help to unblock your energies. Take a salt bath and detox yourself, then try it and you may find that certain blockages go away.

and also why 3 days for the manifestation into the gross body of that attack?is that the aprox. time for any energetic manifestation?
I've been a practicing healer for 5 years. In my experience, 100% of the time, real improvement is seen in three days. When someone has been attacking me in the past, every time it would be three days later that I would really feel the damage - get a fever, a cold, have an aching back, sleep for 12 hours, etc. That doesn't mean that there aren't some immediate effects, but they are transitory. I think it's because we get really used to living in states of pain, etc., and when there are small changes to our energy we notice initially, but are used to ignoring them, so the effects appear to 'go away'. Really, those energetic changes have taken place and begin to work on us. It takes so long because it's a chain reaction. Bad energy, or an imbalance, in one place, leads to additional imbalances in other places, and ultimately culminate in blockages along the vital energy pathways, meridians, nadis, etc. This is like suffocation - you can hold your breath for a little bit, but eventually you will feel pain and start to struggle for air. For some reason, this period of time from the damage or the repair, to the manifestation of that in the physical body, is around 3 days.
In some cases it's less, but normally only very basic stuff is immediate - you may feel uneasy, afraid, have that "someone walking over your grave" feeling - but you probably will not have an anxiety attack immediately. Unless its a huge change in your energy - which is possible, but not often encountered. Healing is the same way. But that depends on a lot of variables. It's treated the same way, however.

about the yoga, my understanding is that it is a way to "exersise" the energetic body. to move the energies around so to speak. is it the actual movement of the energy or
" opening of the chakras" that cause the healing process to begin in the psycho spiritual centers? or is it just the visualisation?
Movement of energy and opening of chakras are part of the same process, so both. Moving energy is good for you, in fact if it wasn't moving at all you'd be dead. Energy moves with ever impulse of every nerve, every breath, every thought. To open a chakra, you are simply supplying the necessary energy for it to repair itself with, and then maintaining a focused mind while your emotional and mental bodies adjust to an opened energy center. As Goibniu said, it's not like waving a magickal wand - but it really is not difficult. There is often some confusion between having an opened chakra, a charged chakra, and an awakened chakra. Opening all your chakras will not awaken them, or charge them. Charging them will not awaken them either, and they don't have to be 'open' to be charged.
And, opening and closing is an ambiguous way to talk about it. Chakras are always open - but they become misaligned, warped, torn, and a variety of other words which are ultimately just representative of what the energy is really doing. However, when these things happen, the amount and kind of energy the chakra is processing is diminished in some way, or it assimilates energy and 'codes' it, if you will, the wrong way. If you put energy into the structure of the chakra, with the intention to open it and make it better, then it will use that energy to heal itself. It's just the dynamic between intention, energy, and the natural state of wholeness that pervades the universe. Your structure wants to be healed.

sorry for all the Q's just trying to understand how the energy works (IMG:

because im sure, positive actually that there are different types of energy that are used for different things, they are specialized. and that being the case , what type or what form of energy is used for healing? just to call it positive energy is way too broad. i dont know
but i guess thats why im asking. it's just that as i get deeper into the conceptualizing of these "abstract realities" i find that i begin to start questioning whether what i am really searching for is clarification or just the limits of human visualization, where do our energies begin and the physical world end. wow whole new topic, okay ,
all right,said my piece, thanks
Well, if you broke a picket fence, you'd use wood to fix it - if you made a gash in your leather couch, you'd use leather to repair it. The material fits the problem, but that's really not something you have to worry about right now. By the time you're worrying about it, you'll understand what energy is required for which task. It's intuitive though, and "Show me the energy to fix this problem" is enough to associate yourself with the necessary 'tool' for whatever task you have in hand. Energy work is very natural, very intuitive. Recognize a problem, and do what you feel you need to to fix it within your abilities. If you know how to move energy, that's the start, and you can develop that skill with no help at all from anyone, to a very high degree. What we really need help on is being reminded which things really are problems that need to be dealt with, how to prepare ourselves to channel more energy, how to tap into the potential that is uncovered through healing. But right now, there's so little vocabulary to use. We can say that the energies have color, but many energies have colors outside of the normal spectrum. We can associate it with a thing, like and animal, or an emotion, etc., but experiencing the energy directly is not entirely like interacting with these things, so all that is is a signpost you could have found yourself. The intention to heal is the energy used for healing. Just follow it and give it fuel.
