Website I Found And Would Like To Share, Diverse and realistic examination of meditation Options

I don't often share my nuggets of internet wisdom because I go through them really really fast, but I found this site and really enjoyed it. The author is sometimes a little bit pushy, but overlooking that there is a lot of practical instruction and discussion about meditation, spiritual development, that is by and large universal to any tradition - so there's not a lot of talk about how you'll only get to this point if your this kind of religious person, etc.

I'll probably find this useful so I bookmarked it. I just started a new term of my Qigong class and can always use new ideas to keep things fresh for class and in my own practice.
