I've been working on moving a suspended needle with my mind, and it's been going pretty well. I can make it sway back and forth, and now I'm working on making it raise up horizontally or lift up straight while remaining vertical. I haven't progressed too far into that second part though. After I master that, I'm going to start bending spoons, and then forks (all the prongs at the same time, for mental dexterity).

What do my spiritual colleagues think of all this? Have any of you tried telekinesis/psychokinesis before?

I have recently started on telekenises and energy manipulation it is going quite well i might add i have done a little work in pyrokenises and had good success there. Telekenises is one i am hopeing to become well practiced in it is very interesting and quite liberating when you actually make the object move. Maybe someday soon i will bend a spoon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wizard.gif) .

Rolling a pencil is harder than moving a suspended needle. Rolling a pencil requires you have the power to overcome it's weight and the friction of it's movement against the book. A needle is lighter, and if it's suspended on a string on a wall, but not touching the wall, there is only the friction of the air and the power of gravity to slow or stop it. I suggest you thread a needle, hang it from your wall(but so it's not touching the wall), and try again. Just spend 2 minutes a day on it for a month or two. Make sure there's not too much movement, don't be close enough that your breath can affect it, and make sure there's no fans or anything on. You don't want to deceive yourself or give yourself reason to doubt yourself. You can do this.

You're welcome, Wolfheart. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

And on the matter of my post, I have progressed enough that I have moved on to a slightly harder psychokinetic test. I have put a pin horizontally in my wall and put two very small metal rings on it(the kind that come on keychains... you know.. the little ones that always bend easy and make it fall apart.. the tiny ones). I put the heavier one on the back up against the wall, as I am not going to use that one right away, and the smaller one on the very end of the pin. I am going to work on being able to push objects with my mind. This is going to be a huge jump, even though the visual difference is small, because there is more friction preventing movement and the second ring I am going to use is a bit heavier, as it is made of brass and it's a bit bigger.

I'll be sure to post my progress once I get it so you all can know how effective the whole routine is. Hopefully I'll be able to bend a spoon or two in a year or so. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Tried it once, started to get light pings and pops out of my nearby metal chair and soda bottles and cans. Didn't know if it was just coincidence, but it freaked me enough to stop.

Training on small objects. I've somewhat thought of that. But I assumed that I'd have to train on actual atomic particles, which meant that I would need a microscope. When I can eventually afford a microscope, I was planning on training on rearranging atomic particles with telekinesis. If I can learn to do this, and set up a "program" for the process to repeat, I can break down the infections of AIDS, Herpes and any currently incurable disease. This could help a lot of people. If I can master that ability, all I'd need to cure a specific disease would be an infected blood/skin sample. If that sounds strange even to this community, I can explain better.

I have performed a very impressive act of telekinesis about a decade and a half ago. But it was only triggered out of mortal fear. I transitioned from one side of a fence to the other when some muggers had attacked me. It happened in the blink of an eye. It couldn't have been teleportation. I've never been able to do it intentionally.

What's in your mind when you're trying to make a small object move? Are you relaxed, causually imagining it to slowly move. Are you watching it like a hawk, straining your mind with strict focus and determination?

This is wonderful, I've tried for some time in the far past with no success, is there a particular technique you use to accomplish this that you can tell us about? please I would like to try your technique please (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush2.gif)

Hey all, first post ever right now. Interesting subject as I unconsciously blow lightbulbs when I get angry or suitably upset and unconsciously cause spoons (even solid brass and silver, in front of people) to break, get hot or bend while simply holding them. I went through a breakup years ago and while eating soup the very next day the spoon itself broke off the handle on three directly linear occasions. After the third spoon fell into my soup, I gave up on soup. We have regular "rapping" of tunes I am humming around the house and I have gone to open a door (once only and fairly recently) that was locked and deadbolted, only to have it swing open for me while I fiddled with the keys. The most recent and possibly strangest event I have been experiencing on this subject is for the first time consciously causing a connection between my outstretched fingers on each hand to appear to such a degree that my wife and a no longer close associate were able to view what they described as "dark wavy lines". So there ya go. First post here over. Unfortunately despite my gris gris and hoodoo leanings, I have little control over this phenomena. The only tangible evidence of it is I have a regular emf reading of 14.4 on any detector held near me both inside and outside our home. At about half a metre out (sorry imperial users) it drops to ambient readings. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Thanks for having me Sacred Magick. Hope to get to know some of you.
