Alright so this morning I woke up, I was laying in bed, only to the right of my vision I had a sort of cloud of visionary imagery, it was like I was dreaming but awake and able to see my surroundings - only the dream was more prominent than the room around me.

Anyway, the start of the dream, people were all talking, we were in front of a large dormant volcano, and steam or smoke began to rise from the top. One man, I'm not sure who he was but he was a powerful individual, maybe a governor, president or mayor of some kind. He noticed people seeing the smoke and he was telling people to calm down, saying that smoke coming from the top meant nothing. At this moment I knew for sure it would erupt, I wanted to tell someone but I didn't know who, and I didn't know how to get away.

A couple of minutes later the volcano erupted, magma covered the landscape, destroying the forests, homes, endangering lives.. and then I came fully to, realising I was awake in my room. I have a lot of strange dreams but something about this one gave me the drive to find the meaning of it, so I thought I'd post it here.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Edit: Just to add, since it may be of relevance. After awakening fully I had a strong desire to escape or take action of some kind, as if something bad was imminent. The thing is I have absolutely no clue what, or why.
