The subconscious doesn't discriminate, so the more there = the more there is. You might want to try self-hypnosis or form some habits, practice rituals, or just get a tape recorder and play back stuff in the third person (you're great, you will do this, blah blah blah). And be specific! If you want to remember to cook something, for example, go for "a large turkey dinner with a hint of thyme and no MSG" not "a turkey". Or you could end up accidentally getting a live turkey, forgetting the spices, and substituting MSG on hand for flavor; something along those lines.
