Moloch Options

Hey all,

I would like to ask how many have met the entity known as Moloch? I'm not certain about the mythos behind Moloch and not even about the notion why he's regarded either as a demon or god, and I'm just intending to find out myself soon.

So I'm here to gather some perspectives first.

Wow, good question. I only know of Moloch from rumors of an occult order in the government. There was this video about it a little bit ago. Some closed off retreat for senators, ect. was broken into by some guys with cameras and they witnessed a burning man-esk type ritual with a large statue of a giant owl referred to as Moloch.

Post the results oif what you find, man. I'll be interested.

To be honest, there is no hard evidence of the deity Moloch (or Molech) ever being actually worshipped as a god (as insisted in the bible). Regardless, he reigns over the Qliphotic sphere of Thaumiel, and is tied to the Yezidi Satan/Lucifer, Malik Taus.

Hey Kranos, I know what you're talking about, David Icke covered alot of it in his books, but it was that Alex Jones who broke into Bohemian Grove and 'secretly' taped them(the elitists) worshipping Moloch who is a huge owl.
I believe it was ONE of the babylonian gods who was given the title Ba'al as this means Lord and is refered to in the bible, forgive me noxifer_616 if i'm taking what you said wrong, i'm pressuming you're saying that the Bible insists that Moloch was never worshipped? I'm abit stoned right now which is why i'm unsure lol.
I've never personally seen Moloch and nobody I know has ever seen Moloch, as a spirit he/she/it could possible appear as anything, the image of an owl is just for representation of qualities of an energy or force or maybe if the gov is really paying homage to this....it could be a political system.

The bible describes hundreds of gruesome human sacrifices to a deity named Molech/Moloch/Malik, however there is no conclusive evidence as to whether such stories were true or not. It is widely accepted that the deity called Moloch was actually Baal Hedad.

It is probably these legends (of the sacrifices) that turned Moloch into a demon in Milton's famous epic.

...Moloch? That was the name of a the demon in Buffy the Vampire Slayer that took over the Internet... Hmm. Didn't know he was based off a real entity.

July now and issues are somewhat different. Moloch... it appears that its merely a sort of identification for the entity that chose to subscribe to this human made name. I did my digging with entities and such and looked around a bit... finding the said being that selected the name Moloch. Out of boredom it took the name... or something that according to it. He's a rather laid back entity though, a moderate deity-class entity who has nothing much to do but sit around in his astral realm watching stuff or lying dormant. I'm not certain if any other beings decided to take up the identity, but I kind of hired said "Moloch"... while actually having no purpose for him. So he sits around now in an astral realm somewhat near me, occassionally bugging me for something to do.
