Help Identify Desription!, What entity/group best fits description? Options

I am trying to Identify a certain deity/entity/group/astral culture/pantheon (choose any/all) that fits the description of the following abstract elements. Be careful, it's somewhat jumbled, because I know -what- I am looking for, but don't know -how-, -who-, or -where-!

Is as follows:

-Dark, but benevolent and good, sorta the same feel one gets from a crimson twilight on halloween, in a victorian neighborhood, with the smell of burning wood from various fireplaces surround you. A faint smell of vanilla fills your nostrils. (this is the most blatant and accurate description I could express)
-A "Gentle Shade" energy, if you will.
-Feminine aspect of such is best characterized by Gothic Lolitas, and Male aspect best characterized as "Cloak and Dagger poet."
-Very gentle.
-Not very much into the "tough love," and sarcasm/smartassness is NOT a tenet.
-Stands more for more of a developmental nurturing sanctuary and safe-haven rather than for hard-knock education.
-A gentle grace and beauty.
-If there was an element/flavor/type to this energy which is used, I would say either "Twilight" or "Cosmic," perhaps both.

Any Ideas where to start looking for what I seek? Is it a person? Is it a place? Is it an object? A God(dess)? Perhaps a time? Is it the unknown itself (now thats just TOO abstract and in the clouds!)?

(ALTERNATE) Or, could it be that such a combination of characteristics has never been discovered, and that I need to start an astral domain of my own where this is a reality?

Interesting. From your description it has the ring to it of being one of the Dead instead of an elemental. Although there is a classification of Trickster Spirits - not like Loki, Coyote, EXU, etc. - but rather a minor entity like what's known in Europe as a Brownie, Boggart, Gremlin, and so on. These Spirits typically can altern themselves to appear as whatever they wish and thus one of the reasons for practitioenrs of old to learn discern the differences. If the Spitit is cold, then it's usually one of the Dead whereas if it exuded a warm feeling it's probably a Trickster that was screwing with you.

From your description it has the ring to it of being one of the Dead instead of an elemental.

And I say that because one time, I ran into something like a Necromonger (alluding to Chronicles of Riddick) Maiden of some sort on the dreamscape, with the intent of courting. She damn near scared me out of my body!! But no, this energy is different. Not dead, but dark. Not Dark -evil-, but Dark -gentle shade-.

Possibly, but this is something that I have been seeking after for quite a while. It is just recently that I have been able to pin down "what it's about".

Also, for further references;

If "it" had a smell; Burning Oak and Vanilla
If "it" had a setting; a Victorian Neighborhood
If "it" had music; any arpeggiative melody (Yes, includes Yngwie Malmsteen!), Power metal, Fantasy metal, EBM, and Trance

A -touch- has not yet been associated with this feeling.

Any further help?

i'd suggest your suggestion of creating an astral domain embodying the essences of 'it'

the burnt oak could well be real charcoal, the vanilla smell, incense

see how it responds to the concept of cemetary or graveyard or lily flowers or camphor

and see how it responds to the concept of flight, and of really bright light, too

try to get an associative metal - like a victorian wrought-iron gate, but made of something else - what would it be?

i'm thinking lunar, but possibly beyond that, maybe like venus, saturn or even uranus

remember, mercury is in retrograde until march, so don't fully trust delicate communications

I'd heed Moloch's words above, it seems to be fulfilling all of your desires of what a spirit should be, so, besides some shifty discarnate spirit, I would say that it is thought-form created by your own self, either by desire of a creature of this sort to exist, or subconscious desire of the same. I am more inclined to believe the latter. That is not to say that it has no worth, the opposite. It (if accurate) is a creation of your own mind, embodying the principles and description of what you would like a spirit to be, and thereby can work the work that you wish to embody. I would prescribe attempting to conjure the spirit and then submit it to a battery of tests to really go beneath your own desires and find the truth. If it is a discarnate spirit, then banish it and cut the vamp cord from your astral body (lol) if it is a created thought-form, then work with it to do accomplish both of your's (your) goal.

Noted, and very much so. I completely agree with the feelings of that...

A problem, though, is this morning as I was breathing relaxingly, some suppressed anger arose. When it breathed, it felt like the breathing pattern of the Predator/a tiger or some other beast. It wants revenge for those who have not acknowledged him/it, and feels guilty and sad when I go with the opinion of those against me. EX: "You're just doing that to look cool." - little brother, 8 years ago. I wanted to break his face in!

This force seems to be unconscious, and after a meditation, realized the following:

-Unconscience wants security of house, home, and heart.
-Subconscience wants a girlfriend/mate/consort/lover
-Conscience (I) deem(s) it most logical that with all aspects of my personal character, beliefs, lifestyle, sociological imagination/construct/dynamic that I will fit in better living as a foreigner in Japan. Justification: "Better to be accepted as an outsider than to be dejected and broken as an insider."
-Conscious plan: Teach in Japan to accomplish goal of conscious and unconscious calm, but subconscience will be left unfulfilled, in which it will have the stable foundation to try and fill in the gap. With a support system of unconscious material needs met, and conscious know-how applied, there is a high probability that the subconscience will function/expand/solve itself at a much better applied level.

However, I wonder how is it that this plan runs in tandem with my spiritual function (rhetorical question)? I know that there is an "Elegant gothic" culture in Japan, and that there are "EGG (Elegant Gothic Gentlemen)" as well as "EGL (Elegant Gothic Lolita)." My justification at that point is that even though many "if's" and "when's" are put into a certain order, the outcome when meditated on comes out the same in the equation. But, that just describes the dynamic of bridging the gap. I know that much.

Taking this into perspective, I wonder if it is just a matter of 1) time and 2) at least KNOWING what I am looking for that will determine, in the end, my success.

Now, to address the platinum gate spiritual imaginative construct signifigance (sorry for being so wordy!), I wonder, by stretch of romance and imagination, that there is indeed perhaps if not an entity, but maybe another psychic human trying to find me? I would very much like that!!

I guess I am hoping for that because I kept trying to put myself out on the line for love, and that never worked. In my experience as it applies to myself, I had to let it come to me. I like it better that way; it shows a person is willing to sacrifice who they are just for love. In that respect, I feel prompted to reciprocate such passionate devotion. What's more... the other would know that I work with such dynamic, thus it builds a good foundation of trust.

What have you done in the way of divination regarding it? Have you done any sortilege to discern a name for it? It seems that all you've done is fall into its allure which, in my opinion, it has glamoured you. Wow, I remember when I first posted this, I was in the midnight of my Dark Night of the Soul.

Looking back, it was a result of tuning into multiple frequencies of my own spirit, and I didn't know it.

If we look to ourselves as we are in our mundane everyday existence, we only see one (or only a few) dimension(s) of ourselves.

During this time, I was going through alot of stress, and doing different meditations to help keep a grip on myself in order to know my true purpose in life. Unfortunately, I was trying to hold onto too many things while "Only having two hands." As a result, I opened up a plethora of frequencies and I took in more than I could make sense of. If anything, I did so in ignorant haste. Haste because I wasn't ready to do so, and ignorance because I didn't even know what I was doing, much less how to make sense of any of it. If anything, I could describe it as trying to build castles, or rather, pyramids in the sky. If you subscribe to the Maslow theory, I tried to build a construct of the upper eschelons of my spiritual being without first establishing my need to take care of my own capital gains, my own health, my own habits, my sense of order and ethic, the ability to be enjoyable company to myself and others....the list goes on and on just to say that I had, in the Maslow sense, a "Pyramid Crash."

Of course, one year earlier, I had a complete "Pyramid crash," that took a long time to clean up. What happened during the writing of this first post was an attempt to reconstruct what I knew. Unfortunately, I kept my focus on the "Capstone," in all it's splendour, and not the "cornerstone," which I have recently learned that I need a new one altogether (maybe. I don't know. I am still trying to clean up my mess!).

It's hard to make a temple just out of it's precious jewels. One needs the hard rocks, the overlooked slabs of limestone, and the dense marbles to build the walls and pillars before they decorate their special place with the finest Lapis, Sapphires, and the like.

This took me a year and a half to learn. Learning magick as a mortal can be really hard, especially when you have mortal affairs to attend to. Even more so when they can stress you out and confuse you! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dots.gif)
