Hello,
I have a general question. Among this load of different oracles, divinations types and tarot decks, what is the oracle you have had the best experiences and effects with?

Liebe Grüße (If I sooner know a better, but mainly anglophone, leave-taking, I'll use that! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif))

Personally I prefer Tarot. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Although I do readings without tools as well. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Medicine cards by David Carson are ones I use for nearly all my reading. I am though looking into learning and using the Druid Animal Oracle cards also.

Druid Animal Oracle by Phillip Carr Gromm.

I've always felt "closer" to aniimals then things other cards are based on (fae, angels, etc. etc.). Plus I have a great interest in Druidry.

I prefer Oracles because I like getting insight and advice, rather than predictions or fore-seeings . . . but that's just me.

This deck has never steered me wrong. Im still learning, but I use it almost every day.

The I-ching is my favorite Oracle simply because it deals with cycles of experiences. It is especially useful if you have a philosophical translation and a mystic one. OK so it not the easiest Oracle but it tells how to use pattens to your advantage/disadvantage while explaining the internal and external dynamics of each approach. If you have a big complex question with more possible chooses than is practical the i-ching is very useful.

For smaller questions I like to use spirits mostly vudon but some work with Goetia as well.

from which everything has emerged, which is the cause of everything and which is everything....

This inner light appears to be outside and to illumine external objects.

I actually prefer the tarot cards, too, but I´m also into chiromantie/palm reading. The cards are good for special questions or future affairs, but the palm reading is best at revealing general life circumstances and skills and gifts.
But actually all kinds of oracles do interest me. And so I try them all from time to time.
