New Library Interface & Access From Tablets Options

I have just finished designing and implementing a new library interface at http://www.sacred-magick.com/800x600/ to replace a really old design from the 2004.

It's tested to work properly on Firefox, Chrome and Opera.

Please let me know what you think.

However, as I originally designed this new interface for use on Ipad to accommodate tablet and smartphone users, I'm scratching my head as I just can't yet seem to figure out why pages displayed on these devices won't look as good as PC based browsers. Any ideas? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/black eye.gif)

Looks spiffy. Good job. Perhaps its a graphics issue. Do Ipads have graphics cards like PCs?

I think tablets do have a small graphic card.
The new interface consist of a header and body (frames) and it should look like this on tablets.

On tablet like Ipad using opera, dolphin or atomic web browser, the new header looks ok , however the body just wont get automatically aligned and not visible within ipad screen size as in PC based browser. The interface still uses frames instead of CSS coding which may be the problem. I'm not sure.
