The Infernal Smell!, After much activity in my room it has adopted a strange smell!! Options

I am in a need of help with my sacred space.After many energy activities my space adopted a strange smell I cant get rid off.I tried everything, nothing works. I didn mind very much but now it is starting to irritate my senses.I dont have an unvanted guest, just a smell ( and I dont have a rotten animals in the room). Any advise or exp. needed. thanks

For a start, could you give some details on what you already tried....


Maybe the incences or camphor that you used for a long time can cause some "after effect smell"... mostly when there is moisture around and if you keep fruits/flowers too long as offerings these add up to the smell...
What i can tell you is to take some bowls of vinegar and place them around your room, Nothing magick in it.. the vinegar has properties to aborb molecules that cause bad smell... then you could put a little plant with lots of leaves in that room.. I forgot the name of the plant that absorbs gases that stink but any very leafy plant can do the job well... open the windows often..
In some days you should get some relief...

P.s A buddy of mine uses rose water (kind of holy water) everytime he does a ritual.. it cleanses the surroundings but also helps keep a nice odor.. try it...

You see, the problem is than I used all kinds of aircleaners, it doesnt work. I dont detect any kind of unwanted entityes in my space which could create the smell. I open my windows very often, but I shall try that bowls and roses thing, I hope it helps but I doupth it will.If you think of anything more let me know. Thanks

The source must be removed for aircleaners to work. Try using some herbal floor washes such as Florida water and wipe down the room.

It may not be an entity causing the odor. Sometimes if a 'door' is opened and not fully closed, the properties of the contacted plane will eventually begin to effect your space. If the mundane cures don't work, then try a good banishing ritual with the intent of sealing the space off. Good luck.

I agree, I've had strange smells in my house as well. I did a cleansing ritual and did a "spring cleaning" to my house and the smells are gone.

heh, i had the same problem a year ago, i thought i had a moisture problem in the walls. I just aired out the room alot until it was gone.

I had a problem like this in my last place, with strange noises and sudden smells of something rotten.

I did a couple of cleasing rituals and after 3 or 4 days all the things stopped, and thankfully didnt come back

Mix salt and water and mist the area. That should have a cleansing effect.

Some demons (or spirits in general) may leave a scent when they're around, so whether invited or not, it's one sign that a guest may be one twitch of the nose away. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/i_triangle.gif)

I'm aware of what he and others have written in this thread. My point remains and is good advice to keep in mind, even if one decides to rule out the possibility of a spiritual "guest", whether invited or uninvited. Some spirits like to show up and create a scent, (sometimes if you can't place the scent, it's helpful to look at the list of scents/plants associated with the Planet of the particular spirit you've been working with) though I'm not saying this is the case here, merely one possibility to consider. Just because one assumes they cannot detect a spirit doesn't mean there isn't one nearby, or one that came and created a strong scent and left, or which may be lingering about somewhere but not easily detected. The spirits of the Goetia are especially intelligent (whether or not the OP was working with them or not, I'm mentioning this anyway) and should not be underestimated in their abilities. Please, I don't need to be told by someone else what another person may or may not have said in a thread I've already read, so please keep this in mind prior to replying to my posts in the future, thank you.

An invoked spirit can take it upon himself to materialize. Flauros once did this to me. I persistently invoke him for his charming personality, companionship, good humour, guidance and protection.
He decided to test me with a face to face, a smell of wet nappies filled the room then a rather small human form covered in fur that stood up straight human close up but stand back and a leopard or a lion might be the impression, small eyes very focussed like a diamond cutter. A superior mind.
The smell likely means you have a materialized spirit. I would invoke and submit Amaymon for this contingency, find out what business is pending, offer to improve your manners if you have been trifling with spirits, finally invoke Flauros to clean the area up for you once you know where you stand.
