Induced Dreams, "can such things be?" Options

I'm new here. First of all, please excuse my English, I hope it's not so bad. Second, I think that this is the right section of the forum where I can ask for some help and advices.
So, I'm going to explain you (or at least I'll try) what is my problem. For the last 2-3 weeks I'm having strange dreams with a particulary man. He is the same in each dream that I had - sometimes he is younger (25-30 yrs), sometimes he is older (45-55 years), but I still recognize him and I know whom is he. I always feel that between us is a strange connection. My dreams are also very intense, when I wake up I remember sensations very very well.
The last time I've dreamed him, he was older, he was like 55 or more years old and he was my husband. I have to tell you that I don't like elder men, I'm totally disgusted only thinking about that. But not in that dream, there (in my dream) I was very attached to him, I deeply trusted him and I felt that we are sharing a great love.
In real life I find this dreams to be very strange. His face is familiar to me (maybe because of the dreams), but I don't know him. Also, when I wake up and I'm thinking about my dreams, I feel that HE wanted me to have a dream with him, I feel like someone induced me this dreams, even if I don't know him in my real life.

If you have any advice/suggestion for me I'll accept it gladly. I just want to discuss this problem with people who might know what's all of this about. As I've said, any opinion is welcomed.

Male figures usually represent one of two things - father figures, or one's own masculine side of their personality, which is often a reflection of a father figure. They can also represent dominance or other classic male roles or associations and masculenity in general. The problem with your dream is its kind of vague. I can't really give you any one answer as to what it means aside from citing what it means to dream of a random male. I can give you a few suggestions to ponder on.

If you had a bad relationship, or no relationship with your father, this might be your brain telling you that you still have some issues to work through. This kind of dream can also happen if you had a bad relationship or were ever abused by a male figure you trusted - boy friend, brother, uncle, cousin, your best friend's grand father, etc etc.

It might not be a negative figure. Perhaps you wish to rekindle a relationship with your dad, or other male figure. Or perhaps maybe you just miss the person this dream represents. It could also be a dream of curiousity. Perhaps you are simply desiring on a subconscious level to learn more about men, or perhaps masculine aspects of your personality.

What you could do is ask yourself how are you personally like this male figure. You might also ask yourself if you have had bad relationships and still need to work on them or whether or not you are curious about some aspect of males. I would also suggest you start writting your dreams down. Doesn't have to be elaborate. But be sure to mention key details - setting, other nearby objects, what the man is wearing, what you are doing in the dream and so forth. When you focus on just one aspect of your dreams it is difficult to look for a more broad answer that has deep meaning to you. So find more details. If you keep up at it, your dreams will start to unravel and make more sense. And if you need more assistance understanding your dreams, you can ask questions here too!

If you are feeling this is a real person then it sounds more to me like
someone you spent another lifetime with which you are in touch with
in the timeless dream state. The way you describe it it sounds far more
like a loving connection than anything else. As far as intrusions etc
it's not really possible, if you aren't open to being contacted by someone
you can't be. No one can force an experience on someone else there.
