Ermm i am quite a logical guy when it comes to these things and i dont jump to conclusions, at least try not to, cause if i did that i would just frustrate myself when there is no need to do so. (IMG:

I have only written about two accounts which i remmember most vividly, one from long ago(the teenage anger issues state) and one that was very recent(a week ago). The shattered glass event was obviously made worse by wind pressure(open window and stormy weather next to it) that was building up behind the door when pushed to close. Hence i think the shattared glass flying in all directions. Shouldnt have been broken by that alone though, where the TK comes in. The bag flying on its own, unless there is a tornado inside my room or an invisible person lifting it, cant seem to find a better explanation for it.
That aside, I agree with you SororZSD23. Completely. The reason why i do not do what you suggest(since i have thought of it) is because stressfull emotional responses within the body are harmfull to your nervous system\blood pressure and heart. Hence i am looking for a safer way to trigger this. Like i said earlier its not that i do not achieve any movement at all when i concentrate and try to do it from intent, its more in the direction where results are inconsistant and minimal(small movements on light objects+tremors).
I do remmember when i was starting highschool, which wasnt such a long time ago, that i would sit every day and commit myself to the process(as written in manny internet sites etc) and i would get more extreme results... but again what i dont like is when there is little to no consistancy. Especialy when done with intent. I dont care if i am able to move an object slightly or effect it each time i do the process. I care about the extreme in which it is effected. Hence i think that those methods are not very effective to progress onwards to those more extreme results and trying to think of SAFE(which is a key word here) pratical theories that could be utilized.
For now im gonna give this a rest, practicaly, and consider more thought and meditation over the process(research perheps as well if i find anything new) since i dont like to waste something that pokes me in the face to prove its existence so to speak hehe. Also have more interesting projects to fullfill at the momment. (IMG:

Thank you everyone for putting your two cents here, if anyone else has ideas they are very welcomed! I am a very open minded person and i believe any progress made is allways because you bounce your ideas off of others to improve and add to the original thought.
