The book Mastering Witchcraft by Paul Huson is a good place to start. I should point out that this is a book about Witchcraft, not Wicca. There have been several Wiccans who have bashied this book without realizing this.

To read this book, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free here:

Hello Arch_Angel,
I found Christopher Penczak's "The Inner Temple of Witchcraft" very useful. He is following the Cabot tradition to a large extent, but basically it is ecclectic. It is a one-year course, giving you the basics (intro on witchcraft and the many different paths, meditation, visualisation, aura). I found the meditation CDs (sold separately) extremely helpful.
There is also a sequel, "The Outer Temple of Witchcraft", but I haven't read that one yet.

I'd check out "Witchcraft Theory and Practice" by Ly DeAngelis. It has less to do with specific rituals and more about personal preperation/initiation, technique and study methods. Its broken down into three parts. The first is specific to beginners, it will introduce you to magick. The second stage is about personal preperation, basic mediation/visualization and ritual technique. The third is more advanced and offers up more complex studies, divination, shapeshifting, sephiroth tree of life and much more. Its great for beginners and intermediates.
