Well, even though I have possibly the worst track record with constructs of any kind out of any magickian (that is still alive) I can say you seem to be on the right path. I have created and destroyed my fair share of entities, so you seem to be on the right track, although you might not require the perfume or rose petals. Unless you already associate that smell with the entity you are planning to create, or she is associated with roses.
Image, name, housing, and programming all seem present. You might want to cut down the list of her duties, give her just one or possibly two to begin with, then program in the rest as you develop her and she becomes better at her first tasks. This seems to avoid the problem of 'objective overload' that can leave your new pet blithering on the floor in a puddle of confusion (not literally, but sometimes). Also, as parting advice, program in a lifespan maybe a few months or years, it is just better that way so if you forget about her she doesnt poof of into the aether and begins doing random stuff. Hmm nvm about the self-destruct, I see you already have that covered, dang fast posters.

next time you're in the mall or whatever, even wal-mart, there are tester perfumes that are out on the counter and belong to none - get something that doesn't remind you of anything or anyone and is nice to you as this will be the nosey indicator your friend is around
you should also work out a solid method for maintaining its definition and some ability to completely, immediately and totally destroy it, and the memory of it - these things tend to hang around and the more energy you give it the stronger its existence
the only warning, and not even a warning really, that i should give is watch out for possession of your servitor by entity - such an entity may be working with you now to help with the creativity, and that isn't always a bad thing - not like some evil nasty entity, but a slow shift from what you originally designed into something even more real, though invisible, coming through and subtly changing your design into its own, usually to facilitate maintaining the presence of the entity in the physical world, which again is sometimes isn't a bad thing and can be a good next step to a real invisible bff/confidant/lover/teacher/companion/etc - the difference between servitor and entity is an innate intelligence like a person versus a robot and the ability to program itself, to surprise you, and it will have new ideas that are in no way were ever your own, etc - the biggest clue your servitor has been subverted is finding yourself having an argument with it, as a robot would just agree

How would you go about making sure that this doesn't happen? Maybe place a shield around it, or being shields are also thoughtforms, add something in its program to make it resistant to other influences.
