Might I add that I need this since my friend is a begginner and doesnt have any books, so if you could.. add any other books that you find a begginner should have!

Horrible spelling, I know.. its just the spelling of the word begginner eludes me

As this book is quite recent, and currently in print it will be copyrighted, therefor
not available as a PDF. Plenty of used PB copies around for $8 to $10 or so.
