Weather witches unite! Options

I am aware of one way, but its a secret. I can suggest storm dowsing for those looking.

Most people are inside when it starts raining or the weather turns bad. They aren't properly attune to the environment.

I like to experiment with weather magick too. Here is one of my spells i recently published on my blog:

Take a glass of water and go outside. Spill the water on the ground while chanting:

"Let hide the light
The clouds shall rule
Darken the skies
Lost is the fool. -(meaning the sun)

Let waters from the west
On the winds now ride
May the spirits of the east be their guide.

Let the power of the Moon
Change to us bring
Waters from the sky
To the earth shall sing!

So mote it be!"
