i use pen and ink sigils drawn on the palm or on the back of the hand, or on the arm - somewhere always in view - once it wears off, the thing has usually been accomplished - not exactly the same as a monogram sigil, but it works for me better than create/embed/destroy as it keeps embedding it and reinforcing it against mutations by the unconscious
