Well... A tempest is a huge storm, But today i got some e-mail saying that if I paid some money to a company they would teach me how to "excite the tempests". What I think they mean is causing/stopping rain,wind or hail.

sounds like a scam to me. I don't know if it can be done, but this company is prob a scam

The problem lies in how much you want to "excite the tempest". How will this help you? Do you need this "ability" for sale? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bowtogod.gif) And if this person is asking for money, I can bet you that they will give some wierd chant and meditation theme in return for your well-earned (or maybe not so well earned) money. Bottem line, do you have the money to waste? Oh yes, and if this seller is mentioning HAARP then most likely he will give some vizualization exercise then proceed to give you plans for a "cloud buster" if the term is new to you, google it.

I remember I got that ezine it's a little visulation and dance with some suggestions for group ritual good but not that good.

'Cloud busting' has been the rage for a long time. Weather witching is a time honored pursuit. Knot magic to tie up the winds, etc. On the psuedo-scientific front there are books written by W. Reich on Orgone energy and weather disrupting machines. I'll provide links if any are interested... Please don't throw your money away after this guy and his 'secrets'. They're not secret and with alittle diligence you can get all this info for free! Also we have a new member here (Aeroshu) that professes to be knowledgable about these things...look him up! Good luck! I was going to rant a cautionary tale of upsetting the global weather patterns but...you've heard it all again! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
